Men new to Cialis® 36Hour* can qualify for PLUS TWO tablets. When you receive a sample pack of Cialis 36Hour there will be information on ‘PLUS TWO’. This offers you the opportunity to obtain two free tablets when you purchase your first prescription for 4 or more Cialis 36Hour tablets and return the receipt and a PLUS TWO card. Ask your doctor about Cialis® PLUS TWO. Please note: PLUS TWO is only available to New Zealand residents. Terms and Conditions 1. This is a limited offer and may be withdrawn at any time, but closes no later than 5:00pm, 31 December 2012. 2. This is a once only offer, available to new patients trying Cialis 36Hour for the first time. 3. Your application for PLUS TWO tablets must be accompanied by a pharmacy receipt(s) (i.e. proof of purchase) for a minimum of four Cialis 36Hour tablets together with this card signed by your Doctor to constitute a "Request". 4. Any Requests that are illegible, incomplete, forged, mutilated, stolen, altered or tampered with in any way or received after closing are declared void.

Do not use when taking nitrates for angina or where there is known heart disease like heart failure or heart rhythm disturbances, low or uncontrolled blood pressure. Use with caution when taking alpha 1 blockers such as doxazosin. Caution in kidney or liver disease or conditions which predispose to persistent erection of the penis like certain blood disorders. Not to be used by women. Possible side effects are headache, indigestion, back & muscle pain, blocked nose, flushing and dizziness. Always read the label, use strictly as directed and if symptoms persist or you have side effects see your doctor. Contains tadalafil 2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg & 20mg.
